It's time

It’s time to leave those negative voices and naysayers at the curb
They don’ need to go where I’m going
In fact, I think they’ve been slowing me down
It’s time to believe, really, truly believe
That I can accomplish those dreams in my heart
That I am worth, capable, and deserving
It’s time to venture out
Expand beyond my circle and experience what else is out there
Inviting others in and letting down my guard
It’s time to stand tall in my voice
Know that I have done the work to find myself
And who I am is a gift to this world
It’s time to hit the road
See new places, make new friends,
Enjoy the unknown of what might be around the next bend
It’s time to drop the excuses and start taking chances
Yes, it’s scary, but it’s so worth it to go beyond your comfort zone
To truly see what you are capable of doing
It’s time to level up
Find the strut in your stride
Dance even when others are watching
It’s time to shine
To sparkle
To radiate
Do not cover up your light
For it is time
It is time
There was a time when you were learning how to fly
But now it’s time to soar!
