Rhythm

February was a long month
Moving out of one space and into another left room for a lot of uncertainty
Feelings and things spread about
A lack of time to just be
And an always on the go, cause we have something to do, mentality

We have settled into our little love nest 
Things are finding their space
We are navigating this new terrain easily
And I am loving the feel that this place holds
I am also excited to begin building our home

Now that we are finding our rhythm here
I feel like I am able to breathe again
The sun greats me as I leave work, and my heart smiles
Winter is coming to an end
And we have found our pace with eating healthy
It all feels so great

I am ready to focus on my writing more
Showing up here consistently
Finding ways to gather women together virtually and in person
And encouraging words to find there way to the page
Nothing is more valuable than giving voice to our feelings

It can be so easy to fall out of our rhythm
We lose our way
The to do list grows
And we forget to slow down and just breathe

In those moments we need to stop
And remember
Life is short
Seek out what moves you
And you will find your way home
