You are invited to bring your breath and movement together through moving meditation. Qigong merges the body and the environment to create energetic balance and wellbeing. Its goal is to continually bring the body into a state of harmony.

Qigong for Wellbeing is the opportunity to share different practices to improve your health, wellbeing, and nervous systems. A great way to end the week!!

Investment: $15 drop in -or- Class Card $50 for 5 classes
