Year in Review

I sit here looking back on this year. Wondering what happened, where has the time gone? It feels like I blinked and December is knocking on the door. Yet, it also feels like January was lightyears away. Do you feel the same?

This one was a big year for me. I claimed a new role as ‘mother’ and everything I knew to be my day-to-day routine completely changed. I stand here fumbling my way through, attempting the best I can to savor the small moments and be present even in the chaos.

With all that has happened, I know that it is important to slow down, look around and really see what this year held for me. It is easy to remember the big moments, like the birth of my daughter, but the small moments matter so much as well.

Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while you could miss it
— Ferris Bueller

This is why I am bringing back the ‘Year in Review’ class. I always have the best intentions in looking back but doing it alone is hard. Sitting side by side with you will make it so much easier.

Together let’s slow down, look around and examine what happened this past year. Let’s unearth the lessons that have been learned, the mountains that have been climbed, and really truly see all that the year has held.

You will celebrate the successes, bring light to the small moments, and let go of what you no longer need to carry. You will tie up any loose ends so that you can step into 2023 with a wide-open heart.

Let’s connect in community and review this year. Can’t wait to do this together.

I invite you to slow down, even if just for a moment. To pull your focus inward, reflect, and give thanks to 2022 for all that it provided. Celebrate the successes and let go of the hardships. Let's clear space so you can boldly step into 2023 with a wide-open heart.
